Paesi Bassi citizens need a visa to visit Iraq. The current status is: E-Visa. Duration of stay: 30 days. Authorities in Iraq have decided to remove the visa-on-arrival requirement for nationals of the European Union and several other countries, requiring them to now apply for an e-visa to enter Iraq through the official platform. Visa on arrival or eVisa for up to 30 days for travel to Iraqi Kurdistan. The Dutch government advises its citizens not to travel to Iraq due to the high threat of terrorist attacks in the country. The only exception is the Kurdish Autonomous Region, whereas the Dutch government advises its citizens to travel there only if necessary. Though this was revised after the Iran–Israel war with the Dutch government advising its citizens not to travel to the entirety of Iraq
