Visa is 无需 for Holders of a 有效 multiple-entry Schengen, 英国 or 美国 visa has been previously used once or 居留许可 of Schengen, 英国, 美国 or 阿联酋 10 years.

The AVE (High Speed Travel) is open to Eritrean 公民 holding 有效, current ordinary passports traveling to 阿根廷 for tourism. To do so, they must 持有有效 category B2/J/B1/O/P (P1-P2-P3)/E/H-1B visa issued by the 美利坚合众国.

Foreigners of Pakistani origin or who hold a Pakistani Passport are not eligible for an e-Visa. Foreigners who are not Pakistani 公民/国民, but whose parents or grandparents (either paternal or maternal) were born in, or were permanent residents in 巴基斯坦, are also not eligible for an e-Visa.

18 of the 33 边境口岸s are only open to regular visa holders. e-Visa may be used to enter 老挝 through the 琅勃拉邦, 巴色 and 万象 国际机场s, 3 Thai-Lao Friendship Bridges, in 磨丁 (road and railroad), and in 万象 (at Khamsavath railway station). 落地签证 is available at the 琅勃拉邦, 巴色 and 万象 国际机场s, 4 Thai-Lao Friendship Bridges and 7 边境口岸s.

In addition to a 签证, an approval should be obtained from the Immigration department of the General Directorate of General Security (La Surete Generale).

Holders of an Australian Permanent Resident Visa or Resident Return Visa may be granted a 新西兰 Resident 落地签证 permitting indefinite stay (pursuant to the Trans-Tasman Travel Arrangement), subject to meeting character requirements and obtaining an Electronic Travel Authority prior to departure.
