Need to departure from 北京, Chengdu, Fuzhou, 广州, Harbin, 香港, Manila, Nagoya, Osaka, Seoul, 上海, Shenyang, Taipei, Tokyo, or 厦门 if travelling to the 美国. Need not to be under a removal or deportation order or staying in the 美国 longer than the authorized time if leaving the 美国. Visa is 无需 for permanent residents of the 美国.
