China citizens need a visa to visit Guatemala. The current status is: Visa Required. Travellers who hold an El Salvador, Honduras, or Nicaragua visa or residency permit can enter Guatemala without a visa under the Central America-4 Border Control Agreement. Since 2019, permanent residents of any European Union member state, Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Fiji, Honduras, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Madagascar, Malaysia, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Qatar, Russia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, São Tomé and Príncipe, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, South Korea,  Switzerland, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Tuvalu, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Vanuatu, and Vatican City, can enter Guatemala without a visa, regardless of nationality.
