Due to the Russian 入侵 of 乌克兰, the Government of 乌克兰 strictly does not recommend its 公民 of visiting 俄罗斯. Citizens of 乌克兰 over 14 years old must arrive only through Sheremetyevo International Airport (Moscow). Citizens under 14 years old who are entering 俄罗斯 alone or with a guardian who is a 公民 of 俄罗斯 are exempt from this requirement. Citizens of 乌克兰 are interrogated by the Federal Security Service when they enter 俄罗斯.
