菲律宾公民访问黑山需要签证。当前状态为：需要签证。 停留时间：30 天。 According to the Article 7 para 1 of the Regulation on Visa Regime Published on: May 13, 2021 9:07 AM of Montenegro, “holders of 有效 foreign travel documents containing a 有效 Schengen visa, a 有效 visa of Commonwealth of 澳大利亚, the Republic of 保加利亚, the Republic of 克罗地亚, 日本, 加拿大, 新西兰, 爱尔兰, 罗马尼亚, the 美利坚合众国 and the 英国 of Great Britain and Northern 爱尔兰 may enter, pass through the territory and stay in Montenegro up to 30天, and not longer than the expiry of visa if the period of validity of the visa is less than 30天.”
