埃塞俄比亚公民访问白俄罗斯需要签证。当前状态为：需要签证。 Passengers can obtain a 落地签证 at Minsk (MSQ). They must have documents used during visa 申请. These documents must have been submitted to the Consular Division at Minsk (MSQ) at least 3 (for short-term visas) or 5 working days (for long-term visas) before departure. Or a service contract issued according the laws of 白俄罗斯; or an original 邀请函 issued by a Belarusian tourist company or a medical/health organization. The letter must be written on official headed paper; and must have the passenger's name, 护照 details, purpose and duration of stay; and the original signature and official 印章 of the head of the inviting organization. This does not apply to passengers arriving from or transiting through the Russian Fed. The following should be taken into account even 持有 a Visa. Visitors must have insurance to cover medical expenses in 白俄罗斯. The insurance can be obtained 落地 in Minsk (MSQ).
