📄 Passengers with a hộ chiếu transiting through Narita (NRT), Tokyo (HND) or Osaka (KIX) with a confirmed onward ticket for a flight to a third country within 72 hours can obtain a Shore Pass on nhập cảnh. They must not be subject to nhập cảnh restrictions and they must:
