Holders of Turkish ordinary passports who hold a valid visa for a Member State of the European Economic Area, Canada, Japan, Switzerland or the United States or; hold a valid residence permit issued by a Member State of the European Economic Area and Switzerland or; hold a residence permit issued by Andorra, Canada, Japan, Republic of San Marino, or the United States, that guarantees unrestricted right of return or; are a family member of a citizen of the EEA member or Switzerland or; are a flight crew may be exempt from the airport transit visa requirement.
